Morning Practice:
- Wake up and say aloud: “This is the day the Lord has made.”
- Stretch for 3 minutes while playing instrumental worship music
- Sip warm tea or lemon water while journaling 3 affirmations
- Read 1 scripture and write how it applies to your life
Evening Practice:
- Light a candle and unplug from all screens
- Write down one way God showed up for you today
- Pray a simple closing prayer: “Thank you for carrying me.”
