A faith-filled self-care routine isn’t about performance—it’s about peace. When you ground your day in God’s presence, everything flows better.

Morning Practice:

  • Wake up and say aloud: “This is the day the Lord has made.”
  • Stretch for 3 minutes while playing instrumental worship music
  • Sip warm tea or lemon water while journaling 3 affirmations
  • Read 1 scripture and write how it applies to your life

Evening Practice:

  • Light a candle and unplug from all screens
  • Write down one way God showed up for you today
  • Pray a simple closing prayer: “Thank you for carrying me.”
