This Health & Wellness Experience for Women of All Ages is designed to inspire, educate, and empower. Our goal is to provide resources and encouragement through powerful testimonies, insightful discussions, and valuable educational materials.
Our mission is to remind women of the importance of self-care, self-love, and pursuing wellness in every area of life—spiritually, physically, and mentally. We believe that as vessels of God, we must care for our temples in order to fully walk in our purpose.
Throughout the day, you’ll hear from professionals on healthy lifestyles for women, enjoy an uplifting musical performance, be inspired by a dynamic keynote speaker, and engage with a panel of women entrepreneurs addressing real issues women face today. You’ll also have the chance to shop with our vendors and savor delicious refreshments.

Keynote Speaker
Chanel McCord is the CEO and Clinical Director of Oasis Wellness Group. She is an award-winning Therapist and Mental Health Advocate. Chanel is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS), Nursing Preceptor, Doctoral Candidate, and Professor of clinical mental health counseling. Chanel also serves as an advisory member for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) NJ AACT-NOW African-American Cultural Program. She specializes in empowering minority communities to heal from trauma and live more fulfilled lives.
As an ordained Minister (Elder), Chanel integrates faith-based Christian spirituality into her therapeutic work while blending storytelling, strength identification, and emotional processing. She is a sought-after speaker having presented for national organizations, universities, hospital systems, and government agencies. She is the author of 2 published books, “Jumpstart Your Journey to Mental Wellness: Strategies and Tools to Living Your Well Life” and “Girl, Be Self-ish: Learning to Embrace Your Rhythm of Self-Care”, both focused on mental health empowerment, self-care, and resilience. Chanel is passionate about breaking stigma, spreading mental health awareness, and fostering transformative healing.
