Event tickets

Event tickets are final sale and transferable. The purchaser may use the secure management link in the confirmation email to transfer an eligible ticket. A transfer invalidates the previous QR code.

Sponsorships and vendor purchases

These purchases reserve limited event opportunities and are final unless the written offer states otherwise. Contact the event team promptly if fulfillment details need to change.

Cancellation

If the event is cancelled rather than rescheduled, the organizer will communicate the remedy available to affected purchasers.
